Hello,
since I found my long term house, my now living place is currently empty.
The room is around 20 meter^2, there's a single bed, a desk, a table, a single wardrobe and a small fridge (you can put your food in your own fridge).
Also, in the room there's your own bathroom with 24 hours hot water. You can shower at anytime you want. (But be sure do not disturb others)
However, you need to share the kitchen with others .
The location is great, the nearest Bus station/Strassenbahn station is Rupert-Diesel-Strasse (Bus 33, Tram 26, M3), only 2 minutes to walk. Within 7 minutes you can walk to S-Bf West-/Suedstadt (Tram 23, 24, Bus 29, 39, M1, 724).
There're also restaurants for you to choose: 5 minutes walk to the KFC (opens on Sundays and holidays!) and PizzaHut, on the opposite of them there's a McDonald's:)
The rent is 150 EUR from 09.11 to 18.11, all included (water, electricity, heating and internet...)
The deposit is 100 EUR. On 18.11 I'll be there to check out and give you the money back:)
