Heidelberg apartment

ich hoffe, diese Nachricht erreicht Sie wohlauf. Ich bin Doktorand an der Universität Heidelberg und bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einer passenden Unterkunft. Bei der Durchsicht von Immobilienanzeigen bin ich auf Ihre Wohnung aufmerksam geworden und zeige großes Interesse.

Ich bin alleinstehend, habe keine Haustiere, verfüge über ein stabiles und ausreichendes Einkommen sowie gute Wohngewohnheiten. Ich suche eine Wohnung mit separater Küche und eigenem Badezimmer, idealerweise möbliert, zumindest aber mit einem Bett. Mein Budget für die Warmmiete beträgt maximal 750 Euro im Monat.

Falls möglich, würde ich gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren, um die Wohnung genauer zu inspizieren. Gerne stelle ich auch weitere Informationen oder Dokumente bereit, um meine Qualifikation als Mieter zu unterstreichen.

I am single, have no pets, have a stable and sufficient income and good living habits. I am looking for an apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom, ideally with at least one bed. My thermal rental budget is 750 euros per month.
