1-Zimmer-Wohnung || In 3 Minuten auf dem Campus

AUFGEPASST: die angegebenen 350€ sind für mich die gesamte Miete (Kaltmiete, Strom, Gas & Wasser) welche ich aktuell bezahle - es kann allerdings sein, dass du einen anderen Betrag zahlen wirst - die Entscheidung liegt letzlich bei dem Besitzer der Wohnung und könnte sich noch ändern (z.B. wird aktuell der Balkon renoviert und sollte pünktlich im Frühjahr fertig sein.)

Du bist auf der Suche nach einer ersten eigenen Wohnung, die nah am Campus aber auch der Ilmenauer Innenstadt liegt und eine unschlagbar günstige Miete hat ohne auf den nötigen Komfort zu verzichten? Dann habe ich genau das richtige für dich!

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen und lichtdurchfluteten Hauptraum, in dem man gut einen Essbereich, einen Arbeitsplatz und ein Bett mit Kleiderschrank unterbringen kann. Direkt angrenzend gibt es eine praktische Küche die auch groß genug für den ein oder anderen Kochabend ist. Daneben ist auch gleich der Balkon, welcher aktuell renoviert wird und pünktlich zum Frühjahr wieder zum Sonnen oder draußen essen einlädt! Direkt gegenüber der Wohnungstür ist ein Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und eigener Lüftung das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Rechts neben dem Eingang ist auch ein geräumiger Abstellbereich in welchem man eine Waschmaschine anschließen könnte.

Insgesamt hatte ich in der Wohnung nie Platzprobleme und konnte auch so manche lustige Abende mit Freunden verbringen ohne dass es zu eng geworden ist.

ATTENTION: the €350 mentioned is for me the total rent (cold rent, electricity, gas & water) which I currently pay - however, it may be that you will pay a different amount - the decision is ultimately up to the owner of the apartment and could still change (e.g. the balcony is currently being renovated and should be ready on time in spring).

Are you looking for your first own apartment that is close to the campus but also to Ilmenau city center and has an unbeatably low rent without sacrificing the necessary comfort? Then I have just the thing for you!


The apartment consists of a large and light-flooded main room, which can easily fit a dining area, a workplace and a bed with closet. Directly adjacent is a practical kitchen that is also large enough for the occasional cooking evening. Next to it is the balcony, which is currently being renovated and invites you to sunbathe or eat outside again in time for spring! Directly opposite the apartment door is a bathroom with shower, toilet and its own ventilation system that leaves nothing to be desired. To the right of the entrance there is also a spacious storage area where you could connect a washing machine.


Overall, I never had any space problems in the apartment and was able to spend many a fun evening with friends without it getting too cramped.
