Da ich für ein Praktikum in München bin, suche ich für Juni und Juli eine Person zur Zwischenmiete für meine geliebte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer seperaten Küche sowie einem geräumigen Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine. Ein großer südseitiger Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung.
As I am in Munich for an internship, I am looking for a person to rent my beloved 1-room flat for June and July.
The flat consists of a large living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom with washing machine. A large south-facing balcony with a marvellous view is also part of the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt in Hötting oberhalb des Stadtzentrums von Innsbruck, was eine herrliche Aussicht und den direkten Zugang zu den Wald- und Wanderwegen zur Nordkette ermöglicht. Im Zentrum ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit den Öffis (Linien A,K,J). Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt 4 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in Hötting above the city centre of Innsbruck, which allows a wonderful view and direct access to the forest and hiking trails to the Nordkette. The centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by public transport (lines A, K, J). The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes away.
Da ich ein paar schöne Zimmerpflanzen habe, würde ich mich freuen, eine verlässliche Person zu finden, die ab und zu Blumen gießen kann :))
As I have some beautiful houseplants, I would be happy to find a reliable person who can water them from time to time :))
