Ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in für meine Mietwohnung in Lobeda-Ost. Die Wohnung ist 37,5 qm groß und voll möbliert. Sie hat einen abgetrennten Schlafbereich, Wohnbereich mit Fernseher, Couch, Schreibtisch, Regalen und Schränken, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne und einen großen Flur, der viel Stauraum bietet. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Die Straßenbahnlinien 3 und 5 halten drei Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Wochentags fährt die 5 alle sieben Minuten innerhalb von weniger als 20 Minuten zum Campus.
Hinsichtlich der Ein- und Auszugsdaten bin ich flexibel.
Aktuell bin ich nur über WG-gesucht oder WhatsApp erreichbar.
I’m looking to sublet my 37,5 sqm fully furnished apartment in Lobeda-Ost. It comes with a separate sleeping area, a living area with couch, TV, desk and lots of storage space for books, clothes etc., a kitchen complete with all necessary appliances, cutlery etc., a bathroom and an entrance area with additional storage space. The balcony faces towards trees and a small fountain. Public transport can be reached within a 3 minute walk. It takes less than 20 minutes to reach the city center by tram. On weekdays there is a tram every 7 minutes.
I am flexible regarding the move-in and move-out date.
Currently you can only reach me through WG-gesucht or WhatsApp.
