Comfy one-room flat in Jena

As I will move away from Jena, I will unfortunately have to leave this very nice flat and I'm looking for a new tenant.
I find this one-room flat extremely cozy, warm and welcoming, well illuminated and ventilated. The floor is parquet and the walls have been recently re-painted. It is very quiet, and the view is fantastic. The furnishing is minimal but it works very well with the space of this flat. It is rented unfurnished, except the kitchen which is included. However, if you're interested in buying the pieces of furniture you see there we can certainly make a deal. Unfortunately no parking lot and no cellar are available, but one can find some parking spots on the riverside usually. There is no washing machine but a couple of laundromats are not far away and there is space to install yours in the common cellar.

Da ich aus Jena wegziehen werde, muss ich leider diese sehr schöne Wohnung verlassen und suche einen Mieter.
Ich finde diese Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung sehr gemütlich, warm und einladend, gut beleuchtet und belüftet. Der Boden ist mit Parkett ausgelegt und die Wände wurden kürzlich neu gestrichen. Es ist sehr ruhig, und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Einrichtung ist minimal, aber sie passt sehr gut zum Raum dieser Wohnung. Sie wird unmöbliert vermietet, mit Ausnahme der Küche, die inbegriffen ist. Wenn Sie jedoch daran interessiert sind, die Möbelstücke, die Sie dort sehen, zu kaufen, können wir sicherlich ein Geschäft machen. Leider sind kein Parkplatz und kein Keller vorhanden, aber man kann in der Regel einige Parkplätze am Flussufer finden. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, aber ein paar Waschsalons sind nicht weit entfernt. Aber im Gemeinschaftskeller ist Platz für die Installation einer Waschmaschine.
