Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne 27qm 1-Zimmerwohnung in perfekter Lage von November bis Ende April.
Die erst 2012 sanierte Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet und bietet so ziemlich alles, was man braucht:
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, viel Stauraum und jede Menge anderer Küchengeräte. Im Bad befindet sich eine große Dusche. Im Wohnraum ist bleibt das Bett, eine TV-Bank, ein kleiner Tisch, ein Regal und eine Ausziehcouch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena, also man fällt praktisch aus dem Bett in den Hörsaal. Direkt an der FH ist auch eine Bushaltestelle und somit ist man innerhalb von 5min in der Stadt. Oder man rollt mit dem Fahrrad einfach schnell den Magdelstieg runter und ist sogar noch schneller.
Nicht mal 1min Fußweg ist ein Netto und ein paar hundert Meter weiter ein Edeka. Außerdem hat man innerhalb von 2min eine Apotheke und ein Fitnessstudio.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 336 Euro im Monat. Die Kaution ist auf 500 Euro angesetzt.
Bei Besichtigungsterminen bin ich relativ flexibel.
