Sehr helle Wohnung im DG (4tes OG, 6 Fenster zu beiden Seiten) mit Balkon und Hollywoodschaukel. Balkon in Südost Richtung. Die 23 m² sind die effektive Fläche, die Grundfläche ist durch die Dachschrägen und den Balkon größer.
Weiter Blick auf den Jentower und die Jena Horizontale. Überraschend geräumige versteckte Abstellkammer in der Wohnung. Platzsparender Ausziehtisch.
Im Sommer hatte ich immer alle Fenster offen, durch den Zug wirds dann auch nicht zu heiß. Verkehr von der Kathrinenstr. ist hier oben nur noch geringfügig wahrnehmbar.
Einige der Möbel müssten zum kleinen Preis übernommen werden (an die Wohnung angepasst)

In die Stadt 10 min zu Fuß.
