Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 1 Zimmer Apartment, genau im Stadtzentrum (Abbe Platz). Einzugsdatum ist ab dem 01.06.18. Das Apartment wird vollmöbliert vermietet. Das Apartment ist 23 m² groß und beinhaltet sowohl eine Küchenzeile als auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Apartment ist im 8ten Stock und kann über zwei Aufzüge erreicht werden. Jede Form von Abfall (Glass, Bio, Plastik, Paper,…) kann im Keller entsorgt werden.
I'm looking for a new tenant for my 1-bedroom apartment, in a top location, directly in the city center. The apartment is free from 01.06.18. The 23 sqm apartment is fully furnished - you do not have to worry about bringing furniture. The apartment has a kitchenette with sink and hot plate, and a private bathroom with shower. It is located on the 8th floor but be reached by 2 elevators. All types of garbage bins are located in the basement and the service for them is made by the building manager.
Direkt im Herzen Jenas, gegenüber von der Abbe Mensa. Bus und Tram sind in weniger als einer Gehminute zu erreichen, auch die Goethe Galerie (wo sich auch ein großer Supermarkt befindet) oder ein Aldi sind in zwei Gehminuten erreicht.
In the heart of the beautiful Jena, directly at the university campus next to Abbe Mensa. The next and train and bus stops can be reached in 1 minute. Shopping center Goethe Galerie and Aldi is less than 2 minute on foot.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten bereits GEZ, Kabelfernsehen, Gebäudereinigung (Flur, Aufzug, Müllentsorgung,…) und eine jährliche Fenster- und Gardienenreinigung im Apartment.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn der Nachmieter meinen Internetvertrag (35 EUR pro Monat) und mein Bett (80 EUR, gekauft in 2016) übernimmt. Bei Bedarf könnte auch noch ein kleiner Herd, ein Staubsauger etc. übernommen werden. Der in den Bildern zusehende Fernseher gehört zum Apartment und muss nicht bezahlt werden.

The secondary costs include the tax for the German free TV and radio (GEZ), cable TV and cleaning services to the building regularly (Floors, elevators, trash in the basement) and to the flat (windows and curtains) ones per year.
In addition, I would like the person to take over my Internet contract which is 35 € per month and the bed which I bought in 2016 for 80 €. The TV seen in the pictures belongs to the apartment and doesn’t need to be paid for separately.
