Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- Einem größeren Wohn- / Schlaf- / Flur Bereich
- Einer Küche, komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Schränke, Kühlschrank)
- Einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, ohne Fenster
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dritten Stock, zum Innenhof gelegen, kein Aufzug, enges Treppenhaus (Altbau).
Sonstiges:
- Ca. 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt
- Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten, aber ca. 5 Min. entfernt kann ein Stellplatz für 30€/Monat angemietet werden.
In den Nebenkosten ist der Wasserverbrauch und ein Hausmeisterservice enthalten.
Haustiere auf Anfrage.
Gerne kann meine Waschmaschine mit übernommen werden:
- ca. 2 Monate alt
- kaum Benutzt
- mit 4 Jahren Garantie (Garantieerweiterung)
- Preis: 300€
Das Sofa kann auch für 50€ VB mit Übernommen werden
