Schöne, große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung: 62 qm. Ideal auch für Paare. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer, ca. 28 qm, eine sehr große und gemütliche Wohnküche mit Balkon, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen langen Flur.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet.
Internet oder Telefonanschluss gibt es nicht mehr, aber man könnte problemlos einen "Internetstick" organisieren, um damit ins Internet zu gehen...
Beautiful big flat with 62 qm. Very good for couples! There are: one big room (aprox. 28 qm), a big and nice kitchen with a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The flat is furnished with the essential stuff. Internet or telephone isn't there. But it's not a problem to get internet with a prepaid usb stick for a few months...
Die Wohnung liegt in Kreuzberg 61, fast Grenze zu Schöneberg und um die Ecke vom wunderschönen Viktoriapark. Zur U-Bahn (Platz der Luftbrücke) läuft man ca. 10 min, zur Yorkstr ca. 15 min und zwei Buslinien sind keine 4 min von der Wohnung entfernt.
The flat is in "Kreuzberg 61", near by Schöneberg. The beautiful Viktoriapark is very close. To next U-Bahn station (Platz der Luftbrücke) you have to walk about 10 minutes and you also have 2 buslines which are very close.
Da ich bald den Vertrag kündigen möchte, ist der Zeitraum auch einigermaßen flexibel. Du könntest also 4 oder auch 8 Monate bleiben. Allerdings wäre ein kürzerer Zeitraum auch verhandelbar. Die Details klären wir dann am besten persönlich.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 5.1.14 frei.
In der Miete sind die Abschläge für Heiz- und Betriebskosten sowie die Grundgebühr für Strom und Gas enthalten. Der Nettoverbrauch an Strom und Gas(nur zum Kochen, daher geringer Verbrauch) würde dann Verbrauchsabhängig abgerechnet werden.
