Beinhaltet: Sofa, Fernseher, ein zusätzliches Klappbett + Matratze, Kochutensilien, Staubsauger.
Der Mietpreis beträgt 390eu inklusive Strom, Wasser und Heizung. Das Internet kann für 20 Euro pro Monat mit den Nachbarn geteilt werden.
