It is a 1-room apartment with about 20 sqm living space, which is in very good condition. The apartment was recently completely renovated (including new bathroom). The apartment is fully furnished (see pictures).

Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mietobjekt - nur eine Minute zu Fuß. Von dort gibt es Busse zur Universität, zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Der Pfälzer Wald, welcher ideale Bedingungen zum Wandern, Spazieren und Fahrradfahren bietet, ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Discounter, Bäckerei, Copyshop, etc.) sind ebenfalls auch alle fußläufig erreichbar.
