It is a very nice and bright apartment in one of the top floors in a tall building where I lived for two years. The sun directly comes through the three big windows in the morning.
The apartment is fully furnished. It has a bed, a three seater couch (the other rooms in this building do not have a couch) two tables, a chair, a cupboard and a kitchen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und helle Wohnung in einem der obersten Stockwerke in einem hohen Gebäude, wo ich zwei Jahre lebte. Die Sonne kommt direkt durch die drei großen Fenster in den Morgen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Es hat ein Bett, eine 3-Sitzer-Couch (die anderen Zimmer in diesem Gebäude haben keine Couch) zwei Tische, einen Stuhl, ein Schrank und eine Küche.
The apartment is located beside the Fraunhofer Zentrum. The nearest bus stop is one minute away. By bus it takes 2 minutes to the university and 10 minutes by walking.

Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Fraunhofer Zentrum. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist eine Minute entfernt. Mit dem Bus dauert es 2 Minuten zur Universität und 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
The rent provided is the warm rent which includes everything - water, electricity, gas and other costs.
The move in date of the apartment is 3rd of March as I'm not here in kaiserslautern till 2nd.
In other case, if you take apartment from 15th of March, then you will have to pay half a month's rent.
