Da ich ein Promotion im Ausland beginne, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.

Das Zimmer ist 21,66 m² groß. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG, ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden, zur Wohnung selbst sind es jedoch noch einmal wenige Stufen im Flur. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, von dem aus man die tolle Aussicht über den Pfälzer Wald genießen kann. Und sonnenbaden!

Die Wohnung hat eine eingebaute Kochnische inkl. Kühlschrank und ein kleines Bad. Gewaschen werden kann werktags im Waschraum, Waschmarken sind bei der Hausverwalterin zu kaufen.

Alle Möbel kann ich leider nicht mitnehmen, deswegen lasse ich alles da nur 250€: zwei Schränke, zwei Kommode, zwei Bücherregale, Tisch, Stuhl, 2 kleine gemütliche Hocker mit Stauraum, sogar Gartenmöbel für die Balkon, damit mann da in Sommer sitzen kann. Ich kann Es gibt das ausziehbare Bett, zusammengezogen ist es 80cm breit und kann als Couch verwendet werden, ausgezogen ist es 1,60m breit und kann damit auch für zwei Personen benutzt werden. Die Matratzen sind dabei austauschbar. Mein Printer werde ich auch da lassen.

As I am going to start my PhD abroad, I am looking for the next tenant.

The apartment is 21,66 m² big. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. There are a few steps to the apartment in the corridor. There is a big balcony with an astonishing view of the Palatinate Forest. I love sitting there having breakfast and sunbathing!

There is a kitchenette with a small stove and a mini-fridge and a nice bathroom with a shower. You can do your laundry in the washing room, you can buy tokens from the landlady.

I can't take the furniture with me so I'll give it to you only for 250€ (it costed much more when I moved in): two wardrobes, two dressers, two bookcases, desk, office chair, 2 small stools with storage space inside, even the chairs and table for the balcony to sit there in summer. There is a bed (80 cm wide), which can be extended to 160 cm to fit two people. The mattresses are also inside.
