Looking for someone to take over my Wohnung contract from the first days of May for a long-term period. It's a small but cosy apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen (sadly no oven), located in the centre of Karlsruhe (across Kronenplatz). I got it newly refurbished last September and since then I have taken great care of it! Please have a look at the apartment in the attached video and contact me if you are interested so you can arrange a viewing!
Warmmiete: 475 (includes heating, utility costs and shared high speed internet, basically all you need!)
I am also selling my high-bed that is already in the apartment for a great price and maybe some other items (more info upon request ;) )

Ich suche jemanden, der meinen Wohnung Vertrag ab den ersten Maitagen für einen längeren Zeitraum übernimmt. Es ist eine kleine, aber gemütliche Wohnung mit eigenem Bad und Küche (leider kein Backofen) im Zentrum von Karlsruhe (gegenüber dem Kronenplatz). Ich habe es letzten September neu renoviert bekommen und seitdem habe ich mich sehr darum gekümmert! Bitte schauen Sie sich die Wohnung im beigefügten Video an und kontaktieren Sie mich bei Interesse, damit Sie eine Besichtigung vereinbaren können!
Warmmiete: 475 (beinhaltet Heizung, Nebenkosten und gemeinsames Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, im Grunde alles, was Sie brauchen)
Ich verkaufe auch mein Hochbett, das bereits in der Wohnung ist, zu einem günstigen Preis und vielleicht noch ein paar andere Artikel (mehr Infos auf Anfrage ;)) ).

- Tram stop is literally 1 min on foot with 5 min connection to Europaplatz and 12 minutes connection to Central train station.
- Grocery stores (EDEKA supermarket, 3 min on foot) and bakeries (Backwerk, Badische Backstub 2 min on foot) and Doner/pizza stores (Kaisergrill, 1 min on foot) are located nearby.
- 2 minutes with tram to KIT and less than 10 minutes on foot.

This is a very nice apartment for 1 person and ideal for students/professionals! You will be in the centre of everything with easy connections to most integral parts of Karlsruhe. The only reason I am leaving it is because I am moving in together with my partner to another apartment.

Dies ist ein sehr schönes Appartement für 1 Person und ideal für Studenten/Profis! Sie befinden sich im Zentrum von allem und haben eine einfache Anbindung an den größten Teil Karlsruhes. Der einzige Grund, warum ich es verlasse, ist, weil ich zusammen mit meinem Partner in eine andere Wohnung ziehe.
Wenn sie interessieren sind, schicken mir eine kurze Beschreibung per E-Mail und ich würde gerne eine Besichtigung für sich arrangieren. Ich werde mein Bestes tun, um allen zu antworten und es allen zu zeigen, aber aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage kann ich das vielleicht nicht tun, also entschuldige sich im Voraus!
