Looking for new tenant

Hey 🙂
Looking for a new tenant for this amazing WG I've been living in since April 2020. I'm only moving out because of studies and work in Denmark. The apartment consist of 5 bedrooms, 1 toilet/shower and a shared kitchen with washing machine. The apartment is located 10 min from Günter Klotz Anlage, 5 min Lidl, 15 min from Rewe and 5 min S-bahn, all by foot. IF you want to go the city center it'll only take you 10 min with bike. You'll be living with 4 flatmates, which consist of 3 girls and 1 guy where 3 are students and 1 is working full time, which means we often meet in the evening. We are often hanging out in the kitchen where we sometimes cook together but for the most part its our meeting area where we catch up on the day and chill in the evening. Everyone is really open-minded and we always have a lot of fun together. A closed door is always respected :)
NB: We have a cat in the WG just in case you have allergies, and the room can be taken furnished for 1000€, which includes a wardrobe which I bought in April (800€ from new), a bed, a nice soft chair and a couch.
