Ich bin demnächst mit meinem Studium fertig und werde nach Schweden umziehen. Daher wird meine Wohnung frei und ich suche einen Nachmieter. Da es sich für mich nicht lohnt große Möbelstücke mit zunehmen können diese übernommen werden. Bett, Schreibtisch und Schränke gibt es gratis, der Rest ist Verhandlungssache (Sofa, Küchentisch, Waschmaschiene, ...)
Die Wohnung ist spätestens ab September frei. Evtl. auch eher.
Das KIT ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder der S5 erreichbar (20min). Lidl ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Gesucht wird ein ruiger Student/ Studentin für mind 3 Jahre. Schreibe mir in deiner Anfrage bitte etwas zu dir (Warum suchst du eine Wohnung? Wie lang studierst du schon und vorallem wielange noch? usw.)
Dem Vermieter ist außerdem sehr wichtig das die Eltern bürgen können/ mit in den Mietvertrag eintreten.
