This flat was renovated last year and is fully equipped with furniture and kitchen utensils. Everything is there, so you will feel right at home :-). I originally furnished this flat for myself, but would now like to rent it out to a reliable and quiet person for 6-12 months (possibly longer).
The brand-new, high-quality kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to bring any kitchen utensils. There is a fridge-freezer with plenty of space, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.
The flat feels larger than 28sqm, and is fully furnished with a 140 x 200cm bed with mattress (brand new, havent tested it yet ;-)), a cosy couch, a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard and dining table with four chairs, as well as a large bookshelf/folder rack.
There is also a 42-inch TV, so there's nothing to stop you from chilling out after work.
The bathroom with shower is small but nice and has plenty of storage space.
The flat door has a peephole, and the house community is very quiet and solid. You will feel very safe and comfortable in the house.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a three-storey, very nice old building (Kriegsstraße 210), and you look out onto the quiet backyard with a wide view. There are several supermarkets (Rewe 6min, Lidl 5min) and bakeries (3-8min walk) in the immediate vicinity.

The flat is ready for you to move in immediately; unfortunately, the door in front of the washing machine in the kitchen has not yet been delivered in time. But otherwise everything is ready for you :-).
