I am looking for a furnished flat/apartment

Hi, My daughter will be starting university at Karlshochschule International University for the Winter Semester. We are from Trinidad and Tobago and we should arrive sometime around the 4th September. She is looking for a furnished apartment near to the University and transportation with her own bathroom and an equipped kitchenette. It would be helpful if a washer and dryer is available but not absolutely necessary if there are those facilities nearby. We will be travelling from Trinidad and Tobago and we speak only English.
We are looking for an apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, furnished, not too expensive, near to the university or near to transport with laundry facilities available or nearby. A student residence is fine except for sharing of bathroom and kitchen. Or we can purchase a mini fridge and microwave in the room if allowed.
