Exchange student looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in the center of Karlsruhe

My name is Felipe Schott and I am a Business Student at Puc-Rio, a large university in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I will be an exchange student at Karlshochschule International University from September 2019 until the end of January 2020. I am looking for 1-bedroom apartments in a central location of Karlsruhe to live by myself during this period. I am a very independent and organized person, and I am very interested in outdoors activities and traveling. I would like to live in an apartment where I can have privacy and space to study. The location of the apartment is very important to me because I like to do things by foot as much as possible. I am looking for places with a nice, clean and quiet environment. I use most of my time at home to study and relax from day-to-day activities.
