Looking for a studio apartment at Stutensee

I am very friendly, calm, sober, open-minded, and do not have any sort of addiction. I am a non-smoker and a non-alcoholic 25-year-old female from India where I was born and brought up. I completed my M.Sc. degree in Physics in 2019. I have been offered the position of doctoral researcher at KIT in the Department of Physics. I am expected to join around Fall 2021. For this, I am looking for a studio apartment (max. rent 600 Euros) with a kitchen, private bathroom, WiFi and hot water connections near the KIT North campus. Any accommodation in a safe and nice neighbourhood near the tram line S1/S11 with accessible local grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants etc. would be a good option. If the apartment is fully furnished it would be better. Having a balcony would be an added advantage. I do not have any pets. I already have experience living all by myself while pursuing my higher education. I spend most of my leisure time reading storybooks, painting, going out for a walk, doing yoga, listening to music, watching a movie or a football match. I like to travel as well. I do not go to bars/pubs/nightclubs. I assure you that I will be a non-interfering and hassle-free tenant/flatmate. I just want to spend the three most important years of my life peacefully. I look forward to meeting people who would be accommodating, co-operating and helpful landlords/flatmates!
