Hii, I need a subtenant for a partly furnished studio apartment (28,5m2), to move in by 01.08.2022
It is bright with a big window to the nice view of Kassel. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, elevator available. It is located in a very central place in Kassel, just 3 mins to the main train station and close to all kinds of stores.
The apartment has one toilet with a shower and a small equipped kitchen, and I would love if you could take over some of our furniture for the price of ~350eu (Reflective curtain to avoid heat and light, tailored cupboard and a wardrobe.

The rent is 375 € warm.

Es ist hell mit einem großen Fenster zum schönen Blick auf Kassel. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Es liegt sehr zentral in Kassel, nur 3 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und in der Nähe von Geschäften aller Art.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Toilette mit Dusche und eine kleine ausgestattete Küche, und ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie einige unserer Möbel zum Preis von ~ 350 Euro übernehmen könnten (Reflektierender Vorhang, um Hitze und Licht zu vermeiden, maßgeschneiderter Schrank und eine Garderobe.)
