Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich biete meine kleine, süße Studenten Wohnung zum 15.12.2023 an. Es ist eine schöne und helle Wohnung im dritten Obergeschoss. Ich habe beim Einzug eine Ablösevereinbarung von 1.500€ bezahlt. Dazu kommen noch 1.500€ für die Möbel. Ich werde nichts mitnehmen bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt einen großen Raum und einen etwas kleineren, die Wohnung gilt als Einzimmerwohnung. Meiner Meinung nach perfekt für eine Person. Der Vermieter möchte den/die Nachmieterin gerne persönlich kennenlernen.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die für wenig Geld genutzt werden dürfen. Die Warmmiete beträgt 415€. Eine Kaution wird bei Studenten nicht gefordert, da reicht eine Bürgschaft aus.
Die Wohnung ist in einer mega Lage. Zur Innenstadt brauchst du fußläufig 5 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof genauso. Die Wohnung ist zwischen Uni und FH, sodass du jeweils ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus brauchst.
