Bei Interesse bitte melden und wäre hilfreich wenn Sie sich kurz vorstellen können. Bushaltestelle KVG-Btf. Werftstraße ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar und Fitness Studio Fitx ist auch weniger als 5 Minuten weit. Besichtigungstermine werden von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 17.30 und 20.00 Uhr geben and am Wochenende zwischen 11.00 und 20.00Uhr. die Entscheidung liegt allerdings beim Vermieter und die Immobilien Firma.
Hi. The apartment is available from 15.06 or 01.07. The kitchen already has a small Refrigerator which has to be taken over at no costs. Apartment has a balcony as well and lies on the first floor of a multi story building and has a lift as well. Theres a huge park next to the building as well. Bus stop KVG-Btf. Werftstraße is approximately 5 minutes away by foot. Fitx gym is also less than 5 minutes away by foot. Theres a common washing machine and drier available in the building. Please drop me a message if you are interested and I will contact you for a visit. Visits will be arranged during Monday to Fridays between 5.30pm and 8pm, in the weekends between 11am and 8pm. I am not the final decider, decision lies with the owner and the involved Immobilien Firma.
