1-Zimmer Wohnung Studentenwohnheim (ONLY for student)

Hello I’m renting my apartment because I’m going to move out. My contract is until February 2023 but you can of course extend it. Because it’s an apartment for students, only student with valid student certificate can rent it. You also need to prove it to the STW every semester. If you are currently staying in STW’s apartment as well, then we might need check whether you have to pay additional 125 euro for the moving fee

The monthly rent is 265.09€ and you have to pay GEZ separately (55.80 per 3 months)

The apartment is full furnished. The kitchen is separated with the bedroom so it’s really convenient as your room won’t smell like food :D there is enough space in the kitchen to put your spices, plates etc. There is no oven so you need to buy one if you want to bake.

The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. It is located beside the kitchen

The bedroom is very spacious. You will have 1 small table, a book case, cupboard, bed with Matratze (90x180 or 200), table for studying and a drawer and 2 chairs. You will have access to balcony from your room. You will have to share the balcony with your neighbor beside you (only share with 1 other person).

Washing machine and dryer is available in the basement. The cost for washing your clothes is 2.5€ and for drying is 2€. You can also dry your clothes in your room because the room is pretty big
