ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schnuckelige 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 28,5qm groß ;-).
Es gibt eine seperate "Wohn"-Küche mit Waschmaschinenanschluss, sowie ein Bad mit kleiner Badewanne. Einen kleinen Balkon, der zum Hinterhof rausgeht, mit Abendsonne.
Warmmiete beträgt 323Euro warm! Zur Zeit zahle ich Strom 33€.
Die Wohnung wäre bereits ab dem 26.5.2013 frei, wenn dafür die Whg. gestrichen wird. Weiße Farbe stelle ich zur Verfügung.
Nun zur Wohnungslage:
- Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen (15 Min)
- Stadtzentrum sehr gut zu erreichen (15min (zu Fuß))
- Bushaltestellen fußläufig gut zu erreichen. ( Südfriedhof - 5min) (Bus 81 zur Uni,)
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. ( Lidl/Sky - 5min - Rossmann/Aldi 10min)

Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Keller. Hat aber einen Berliner- Boden.
Hat einen Waschmaschinen- Anschluss.
