Ich suche nach einem Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in Hermann-Ehlers Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m2 groß mit eigenem Pantry-typ Küche und eigenem Badezimmer. Das Wohnheim befindet sich in einem ruhigen Lage in der Nähe von Studentenwohnheim EOH in Steenbeker Weg. Viele Supermärkte (wie Rewe, Netto und Aldi) sind gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockener. Viele Buslinien (41, 42, 62, 91) sind von der Tor des Gebaudes (oder gehminuten) erreichbar. Das Haus hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz mit großem Platz. Das Zimmer ist perfekt für Studentlife. I'm looking for a Tenant for my room in Hermann-Ehlers student dormitory. The room is approximately 16 m2 with private pantry type kitchen and own bathroom. The residence is located in a quiet location near dorm EOH in Steenbeker Weg. Many supermarkets (such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi) are a few minutes’ walk away. The house has two washing machines and a dryer. Many bus lines (41, 42, 62, 91) are accessible from the gate of the building (or a few minutes’ walk). The house also has a suitable parking lot with large parking space. The room is perfect for Student Life.
