I am subletting my Studio from 1st May to 8th June. (Dates can be flexible according to your need). A lot of my things and furniture are still in the house so I am looking for someone responsible and who keeps things clean. I will ofcourse pack most of my stuff so you will have enough space. It is a Studio room apartment in Lutzel, Koblenz ideally for one person. You will have your private kitchen and washroom, with a bathtub. There is also a huge wardrobe space. The place is fully furnished. You also have access to the backyard garden of the building.
It is in a prime location as it is a 5 min walk to Balduinbrücke. Altstadt can be reached within 15 mins by walk.
The bus stop is also less than 100m from home which will take you to löhr center.
Another great advantage is you have access to Netto which is right near the same bus stop. Action and Lidl are also very nearby.
Lützel riverside is also very close if you want to go chill.
