Hello, I am a student and my husband is employed in IT. We are moving to Koblenz for his work. We are looking for a 1/2 BHK apartment. Being a young couple we don’t have any kids or pets. We are responsible with our surroundings and love to keep the place aesthetic, clean and maintained. I am a data scientist pursuing my masters and my spouse is a data expert. We would really appreciate if you can sublet your apartment to us. We are looking to move in by February. We are ok with furnished/ unfurnished flats as we plan to stay for longer term.
