The apartment is newly renovated, which means a nice kitchen with complete kitchenware and a comfortable bathroom as well. A parking garage across the street. There are also a lot of free parking spaces on the street at night. You will definitely relax yourself and certainly enjoy the neighborhood with your stay here!

The rent is 520 euro/month, and includes all the cost, electricity, gas, high speed 6M DSL internet access, telephone connection fee. The Washing machine and dryer are also in the building at the same floor. There is an elevator in the building as well.

The room is available from November 1st to October 31st, 2010. The actual time period is however negotiable, but has to go at least till February 28th, 2010.
