Ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in), die in der Woche 1- 4 Tage eine nette Bleibe auf Dauer sucht. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Telefon( eigene Nummer für Dich ), Internetflat, und TV, sind vorhanden. Ein abschließbarer Schrank zur Alleinnutzung ist vorhanden,sodaß persönliche Dinge, auch für mich, nicht einsehbar sind. Ich wohne in der Woche bei meiner Freundin,bin also nicht in dieser Wohnung.Nach Absprache sind auch längere und andere Zeiträume realisierbar. Die Mitbewohner im Haus sind nett und hilfsbereit. Ich möchte so etwas nur für längere Zeiträume machen, da ich auch oft unterwegs bin und mich auf den Mitbewohner vertrauensvoll verlassen möchte.Vorab bitte nur per mail,ich werde zügig alle Fragen beantworten.
7 Minuten bis zum HBF Köln, 3 Minuten zur Bahn, 2 Minuten bis zum Rhein ( aber nur gucken, nicht schwimmen)!!!!
