Ich suche eine/n nette/n Untermieter/in für meine möblierte Einzimmerwohnung ab dem 1.08.2014 bis 20.08.2014. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Köln, neben Ebertplatz.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit eine Einbauküche und Bad. Der Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Sofa, Kleiderschrank. Es gibt auch eine wireless Internetverbindung. Außerdem besteht ein Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Die Miete beträgt 300 Euro warm und 300 Euro Kaution für die ganze Mieteperiode. Der Untermietvertrag ist bis zum 20/08/2014 zeitlich befristet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock eines fünfstöckigen Hauses. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug.

I'm looking for a nice lodger for my furnished studio-apartment between the 01/08/2014 and the 20/08/2014. The apartment is located in the center of Cologne, near Ebertplatz.
The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a bed, sofa and wardrobe. There is also a wireless Internet connection. In addition, there is a washing machine in the apartment.
The rent is 300 € warm and 300 € deposit for the eintire period. The Sublease is until 20/08/2014.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a five-story building. There is also a lift.

Die Wohnung ist nur zehn Minuten entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof. Fünf Minuten entfernt ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle Ebertplatz oder die S-Bahn Haltestelle Hansaring.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.
