Hi, I am leaving Cologne and heading back to the UK, which means my lovely little studio apartment is free. I have lived here for the last year and absolutely love it! Although it is not huge (32sqm) it has a seperate kitchen and bathroom, and the main room is light, with 2 large windows, and is L-shaped, meaning you can use one part for sleeping, and the other for living.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the kitchen has fridge, washing machine and cooker, plus wall shelving. I can sell you the washing machine and cooker if you need them, otherwise they will be removed. Also, I am willing to sell other furniture eg bed/mattress/sofa/window fittngs if you needed them, but again, they can easily be removed if you don't.

There is no cellar unfortunately, but there is a dedicated space for bicycle storage downstairs. There is also an elevator.

It is a privately owned apartment, the landlady is German and her son actually lives in one of the other apartments in the building, which is helpful. The rent is €340 per month, and an additional €140 nebenkosten per month, total €480. I pay €26 seperately per month for electricity with Yellostrom. That's it!

1st September would be ideal for a new person to take over, but I can be flexible and go sooner/later depending on what you need.
