Schweren Herzens verlasse ich meine super gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung aufgrund eines Arbeitswechsels. Deswegen suche im zum 1. Oktober einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist 22 Quadratmeter groß, hat ein kleines Bad und eine separate Küche mit Lüftung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: U-Bahn-Station Ebertplatz ist direkt vor der Tür (Linie 12, 15, 18, 16). Zum Dom und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit der U-Bahn geht es natürlich dementsprechend schneller ;-) Der Vermieter ist nett und wenn etwas anstand, gab es nie Probleme. Wenn ihr Interesse an der Wohnung habt, schreibt mir doch bitte eine Mail. Ich werde vermutlich fünf Leute zu einer Besichtigung einladen, der Vermieter ist dann auch anwesend.
