Es liegt mitten im belgischen Viertel (Genter Str.), in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße zwischen Rudolfplatz und Friesenplatz. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne, einen französischer Balkon, Pantryküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und kleinem Ofen, ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltür, einen kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen und einen Kellerraum. Sie wird möbliert vermietet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: alle Attraktionen des Belgischen Viertels sind direkt vor der Haustür. Supermärkte, Bio-Märkte, ein Waschsalon, die Haltestelle Friesenplatz sowie wie die Kölner Ringe sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Uni und der Aachener Weiher sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen!
Die Miete beträgt 590 EUR monatlich, inklusive Internet (10 Mbps), Gas und Strom.

Due to a trip, I’m renting my furnished, 1-room apartment from September 1st 2018 to March 1st 2019. It is located at Genter Str., a quiet one-way street between Rudolfplatz and Friesenplatz, in the heart of Belgisches Viertel (Belgian Quarter). The apartment has a bathroom with shower, a French balcony, kitchenette with fridge, stove and small oven, a double bed, wardrobe with mirror door, a small dining table with chairs and a storage room in the basement. It is rented furnished.
The apartment location is excellent: all the attractions of the Belgisches Viertel, supermarkets, organic markets, a laundromat, the Friesenplatz station, as well as the Kölner Ringe are within walking distance. The Aachener Weiher is 10-minute walk away, and the university can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. Very centrally located!
The rent is 590 EUR/month, including Internet (10 Mbps), gas and electricity.
