The main bedroom/living room contains a 140x200cm bed as well as a couch which can be pulled out and turned into a bed.
Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen-niche which is not separated by a door. The kitchen contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as plenty of storage space.
There is a relatively large entrance hallway with a closet for clothes.
You can put your bike in the courtyard in the back.
I am leaving all of my furniture in the apartment.
Die U-Bahn Haltestellen Friesenplatz und Appellhofplatz sind beide in 7-8 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Der Dom/Hbf ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Gereonsviertel und die Gereonskirche ist gleich um die Ecke.

Nearby there are several supermarkets, including Aldi and REWE.
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from one of Cologne's main party scenes, with countless pubs, clubs and bars to choose from.
You can walk to the main shopping area within 10 minutes.
