14qm Flat at Neumarkt Station

I am moving out of my beloved place here in Cologne and am looking for someone to move in right after me.

The 14qm flat is located just three minutes away from Neumarkt, so it is pretty much as central as can be.
It might be small but it has everything one needs, though I do recommend it for students as your living room is also your sleeping room, kitchen and guest room :-) The place also comes with a small bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, mirror). The price is 250 Euros per month, not including electricity and internet.

Since I am going back to Brasil and cant take the furniture with me, the person moving will have to purchase those off me (500€). This includes a table, two chairs, a couch, a matress, two shelves, a vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils such as pans, pots, plates.. (you get the idea) and much more but I would show that to you in detail when you come and check it out.

Living here is easy, the neighbours are mostly young people, who are happy to help you out with any problems.

Other than that just write me some stuff about you as I would like to know who wants to move in and give this place preferably to a nice Person.

One last Thing that i Need to mention is that you have to stay at least for a year, otherwise a contract wont be possible.
