Mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen, ist es wirklich sehr ruhig in der Waisenhausgasse. Die Anbindung ist super: Die Linien 3, 4, 12 und 15 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 bzw. 5 Gehminuten). Der Südbahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt, 20 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
