Im Inneren des Gebäudes gibt es eine Sporthalle, ein Heimkino, ein Dach und gemeinsame Entspannungsbereiche, die sich alle Mieter teilen.
Die Wohnung ist 26 Quadratmeter groß, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett (120 X200), ein modernes Badezimmer und eine Küche mit Ofen und Geschirrspüler.
Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kann gegen einen monatlichen Zuschlag gemietet werden.
Das Gebäude ist modern und neu (Einweihung im November 2018). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit offener Aussicht (siehe Fotos).
Im gesamten Gebäude gibt es eine WiFi-Verbindung, einen Waschmaschinen- und Trocknerbereich sowie einen für alle zugänglichen Coworking-Bereich mit einem Drucker.

I am looking for a new tenant for my new apartment in Cologne city center in Altstadt Süd District, at less than 10 minutes of the shopping streets.
Inside the building there is a gym room, a home –cinema room, a roof top and common relaxation areas that all tenants share.
The apartment has a size of 26 square meters, one room with a bed (120x200), a modern bathroom and an equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher.
A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for an additional monthly fee.
The building is modern and new (inaugurated in November 2018). The apartment is on the 5rd floor with an open pleasant view (see photos)
Throughout the building there is WiFi connection, washing machine area and tumble dryer and coworking space with printer.
