Der Wohnraum hat in einer Ecke eine Dachschräge und zwei Fenster: je eines gen Osten und eines gen Süden. Die Wohnung ist demnach eindeutig hell. Sie hat eine Pantry-Küche mit zwei Kochplatten, einem Spülbecken und einem Kühlschrank.
Die Linie 1 hält in ca. 200m Entfernung. Bis zur Uni sind es nur 3 Haltestellen, bis zum Rudolphplatz 5 (mit dem Fahrrad braucht entsprechend ca. 10 min). Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in der Umgebung: Banken, eine Postfiliale, ein Biomarkt, Hit, etwas weiter Aldi.
Sehr schön ist auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Stadtwald.
