Die Wohnung ist 43m2 groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Dadurch, dass sie im dritten Stock liegt und eine große Fensterseite hat, ist es sehr hell. Dazu ist es ruhig, so dass man am Schreibtisch wunderbar arbeiten oder entspannen kann.
Das Bett ist 1,80m breit und super bequem.
Lage
Man ist in 5 Fußminuten an der Körnerstraße (Linien 3/4).
Zentraler geht es in Köln kaum.
Zum Dom/HBF fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Auf der Venloerstr. gibt es lauter Bars und schöne Restaurants.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs findet man direkt neben an. Die Wohnung liegt quasi auf einem Kaufland.
Ich werde für 2 Monate unterwegs sein ( 24.09.2017 - 25.11.2017)! Deswegen würde ich mich freuen, wenn du dich solange um die Wohnung kümmerst :). Kürzere Zeiträume sind nach Absprache auch möglich.

The apartment is 43m2 large and very nicely furnished. Because it is located on the third floor and has a large window, it is very bright. It is quiet, so you can work or relax at the desk.
The bed is 1.80m wide and super comfortable.

It is hardly more central in Cologne.
To the Dom / HBF it takes about 10 minutes by train.
On the Venloerstr. There are cool bars and nice restaurants.
All shops of the daily needs can be found right next door. The apartment is located almost on a Kaufland(Shopping mall).
I will be on the road for 4 months (01.08.2017 - 30.11.2017)! So I would be glad if you take care of the apartment as long as i am gone :). Shorter periods are also possible.

Die Wohnung wird danach abgegeben deswegen freue mich über jemanden der bis zum Ende freundlich mit den Nachbarn und ruhig ist, einfach nett und freundlich, das ist alles.
