Meine kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen von Ehrenfeld sucht eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für 5 Monate.
Das Zimmer besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum, mit Zugang zur Schlafempore (1,20 x 3,30m) darunter eine großzügig geschnittene Kochnische, sowie ein geräumiges Badezimmer.
Die Küche ist mit einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank und jeder Menge Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Sprich, alles bleibt drinnen (Teller, Tassen, Töpfe, Besteck, etc.)
Im Badezimmer gibt es ausreichend Stauraum für Hygieneartikel. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die belebte Venloerstr. ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Rewe/ Penny/ Aldi ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, sowie andere Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Linien 3/4/5 und Ehrenfeld Bf sind quasi vor der Tür.
Ich werde die Wohnung nur komplett möbliert vermieten. Schrank, Schreibtisch, Couch, Bett, Kommoden, sowie die Kücheneinrichtung bleibt also drinnen. Fühl dich wie zu Hause!
Zu erreichen bin ich am besten ab 19 Uhr.
