Da ich zwischen dem 12. Juli und dem 7. August im Urlaub sein werde, stelle ich meine gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Ehrenfeld für eine Person zur Verfügung. Die Ein- und Ausreisedaten sind übrigens relativ flexibel!
Für die Zwischenmiete suche ich jemanden ruhig, der sich gut um meine Sachen und auch um meine geliebten Pflanzen kümmert :)
Die 37 m2 Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer, Küche (separat), Flur und Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, etc.). Ein Waschsalon ist übrigens nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Internet wird von O2 bereitgestellt und hat mir noch nie Probleme bereitet.
Der Mieter fordert voraussichtlich nur eine Kopie des Personalausweises und eine Selbstauskunft an.

As I will be on holiday between the 12th of July and the 7. August (entry and exit dates are relatively flexible though!), I am making my cosy flat for one person in the heart of Ehrenfeld available. I am looking for someone quiet who will take good care of my stuff and also my beloved plants :) I will also share my books and music with you.
The 37 m2 flat consists of a bedroom/living room, kitchen (separate), hallway and bathroom with bathtub. The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.). A laundry salon is only 2-3 minutes walk away. The internet is provided by O2 and has never given me any problems.
A copie of your personal ID Card and a Selbsauskunft are required by the landlord.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, sehr nah vom grünen Gürtel und gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten von der Venloerstraße, der Haltestelle Piustraße (Linien 3 und 4) und der Haltestelle Gutenbergstraße (Linie 5, die direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt) entfernt. Der Bahnhof Köln-West ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants aller Art, Cafés, nette Geschäfte und Kneipen. In fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich auch mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Kaufland, Denn's), DM,/Rossmann, Apotheken, Banken, etc.
Seit ich hier wohne, bin ich einfach in das Viertel verliebt ;)

The location could not be better: the flat is located in a very quiet street, very close to the green belt and at the same time only a few minutes' walk from Venloerstraße, the Piustraße stop (lines 3 and 4) and the Gutenbergstraße stop (line 5, which goes directly to the main railway station). The Köln-West train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
You will find plenty of restaurants of all kinds, cafés, nice shops and pubs within walking distance. There are also several supermarkets (Aldi, Kaufland, Denn's), DM,/Rossmann, pharmacies, banks, etc. within walking distance.
Since I've been living here, I've simply fallen in love with the neighbourhood ;)
