I am subleting my beautiful apartment in Cologne Ehrenfeld for 2 months between August 01st - September 30th. However, I was told by the owner company (CubeLife) that the new tenant can sign a new contract with them (CubeLife) and stay in the apartment after the end of September (only if you are student). Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung in Köln Ehrenfeld für 2 Monate unter zwischen 01. August - 30. September. Mir wurde jedoch von der Eigentümerfirma (CubeLife) mitgeteilt, dass der neue Mieter einen neuen Vertrag mit ihnen (CubeLife) abschließen und nach Ende September in der Wohnung bleiben kann (nur Studenten). Wenn Sie also Student sind (wie ich), ist dies die perfekte Gelegenheit für Sie. (Anmeldung möglich)
The apartment is on the first floor of a new building (I was the first tenant) and is about 18 square meters. The apartment is in Heliosstraße, Ehrenfeld. Supermarkt "Netto" is a minute and "Penny" is 5 minute walk away. The "Venloer Str./Gürtel" stop is 3 minutes away, where you can use the underground lines 3 and 4 and the bus lines 141, 142 (10 minutes to the university) and 143. The Ehrenfeld S-Bahn station is also 3 minutes away (25 minutes to Köln-Bonn Airport and 7 minutes to the city center (Dom) with S19)

Die Wohnung liegt am ersten Stock eines Neubaus (Ich war der erste Mieter) und ist ca. 18qm groß. Die Wohnung liegt im Heliosstraße, Ehrenfeld. Netto ist eine Minute und Penny ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Haltestelle "Venloer Str./Gürtel" ist 3 Minuten entfernt, wo sie die U-Bahn-Linien 3 und 4 sowie die Buslinien 141, 142 und 143 nutzen können. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Ehrenfeld ist ebenfalls 3 Minuten entfernt (25 Minuten to Köln-Bonn Flughafen and 7 Minuten nach Dom mit S19)
There is laundry room and personal storage in the basement of the building.
The apartment was empty except the bed, so I bought some things (pans, pots, dishes etc. and kettle, fan and drying rack) that I want to give with the apartment.

Es gibt Waschraum und persönliche Lager im Keller der Gebäude.
Die Wohnung war leer (nur ein Bett), also kaufte ich einige Sachen (Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr etc. und Wasserkocher, Ventilator und Wäscheständer).
