kostet 600 euro all inklusive (strom, heizung, internet, tv, festnetztelefonflat etc.) ab juni!!
die schöne wiersbergstr. befindet sich in kalk, eine kleine, ruhige seitenstr. direkt kalk kapelle kvb-anbindung (linie 1, 9, 159) , aber auch zur s-bahn (S12, S13) läuft man nur 10 min. also super anbindung sowohl zur fachhochschule, uni, als auch zum flughafen.
alle einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter umgebung (kalker-hauptstr., köln-arkaden etc.)
Sonstiges:
Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Zimmeraufteilung leider nicht WG-geeignet. Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete vom 1.6.2013 - 1.7.2014.
Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet.
