Hallo zusammen,
ich suche für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohung in Köln Lindenthal einen Zwischenmieter vom 3.9. bis zum 31.12.
Die Miete beträgt 360€ warm, dazu kommt noch Strom. Zahle im Moment 41€.
Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten von der Haltestelle Gleueler Str./Gürtel entfernt. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer, das ungefähr 20m² groß ist, eine Wand hat vier Fenster zu einem ruhigen Hof. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine kleine Küche mit Herd/Backofen.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmöglichkeiten und es können Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
Ich werde die Wohnung möbliert lassen, d.h. Bett, Schreibtisch, zwei Regale, Schrank. Werde aber alles so weit wie möglich ausräumen.
