In our house close to the Cologne University we have a very nicely and fully equiped apartment, that we let from November 19 until May 20, possibly longer.
38 qm, non smoking, kitchen, shower-bath, TV, heating and electricity, laundry room, internet, the apartment is in the souterrain modernly and nicely equipped, with a lot of space. In addition to the apartment tennant may use a recreation room of 20 qm. The recreation room is for private use for the tennant only, the recreation room can be accessed directly from the apartment and is often used when guests want to have a cigarette. From the recreation room there is a direct access to the garden, that tennants are welcome to use on request. There is also a Garage, where a bike can be stored.
We let the apartment für 600 Euro a month, including all costs.
We let the apartment to female students and we happily host young ladies coming to Cologne from other countries.
Mature students or visitin scholars are appreciated.
Please accept that we do not wish Cannabis consume in our appartment, neither by the tennant nor by guests.

Lindenthal is nicely located close to the University and with easy and close access to public transportation which will take you downtown or to other private schools in 15 to 20 minutes. University and private schools can also easily be reached by bike. It takes a few minutes by food to reach the "Stadtwald", the green lungs of Cologne.
