Ich suche flexibel zu Mitte/Ende Januar eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Einbauküche und Aufzug in perfekter Lage an der Kerpener Straße. Mensa, Unibibliothek und KVB ist 100m entfernt. Kabel bis 1GB/s ist verfügbar.
Die Wohnung kostet 585€ warm (Heizung und Strom enthalten) und ich bekomme jedes Jahr noch ~100€ Nebenkosten erstattet. Die Wohnung wird nicht renoviert übergeben und hat normale Nutzungserscheinungen. Ein paar meiner IKEA-Möbel und Elektrogeräte im Alter von meist ~1.5 Jahren bis max 5 Jahre bleiben in der Wohnung und müssen für einen fairen Preis (~700€, Neupreis war ~1400€) übernommen werden.
