Hallo ich bin einen Monat weg und möchte meine Wohnung in der Zeit untervermieten.
Sie hat ein Hochbett und ist in der Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Das Bad ist auch vollfunktionstüchtig. Die Anbindung du Bahnen und Bussen ist optimal. Die Linie 18, 13 und 4 liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Auch ein Bus fährt in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut zu erreichen die z.B. Aldi oder Lidl.
Der Monat könnte eine gute Chance sein, sich vor Ort nach einer langfristigen Wohnung um zu sehen.
Achtung: Ich bin jetzt schon nur bedingt in Köln und kann daher nicht viele Möglichkeiten zur Besichtigung anbieten.
